Mysql error: Out of available memory.

Hello,

While connecting to the Mysql server through the command prompt, I am facing the following error:

ERROR 1135 (HY000): Can't create a new thread (errno 12); if you are not out of
available memory, you can consult the manual for a possible OS-dependent bug

Is there a anyway to resolve the error and connect to mysql database server ?
