  • DNP is not calculating the disk space

I have installed website panel on server but since few days I found that the website panel is failing to calculate the disk space as well as database space and mails, etc.

May any one know what is the issue?

    Hi Robinson,

Have you checked the server logs for any errors, If so, can you provide the details ?

After going through an error report you have provided, It seems that the Websitepanel cannot find the specified version of WebsitePanel.Providers.Base.dll.

If you have upgraded the Website panel version then you will need to check if all the three components are upgraded properly. You can also navigate to the "WebsitePanel\Server\bin" folder and check the version of "WebsitePanel.Providers.Base.dll" file. It should be WebsitePanel.Providers.Base.dll Version=, if not then you need to download it from website panel and replace old dll with new one.

        Thanks & Regards,
