Re: The domain is still suspended for the reason: This user account and user's domain were suspended

    Hello Jen,

Please refer to the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. From the Plesk control panel, go to the Domain >> Backup Manager >> Scheduled Backup Settings.

Try to uncheck the option of "Suspend domain until backup task is completed".

Meanwhile, check the limits of the domains which might cause for the suspension.

After performing all the steps, if the domain is still suspended then login to the server remotely.

    a. From the windows server, go to the command prompt at path %plesk_bin%
    b. From the command prompt, execute the following command:

    domain.exe --on DOMAIN.COM
    Replace DOMAIN.COM with your domain.

Once you execute the above command, it will show you the following result:

    D:\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>domain.exe --on DOMAIN.COM
SUCCESS: Changing status of domain 'DOMAIN.COM'

    completed.
Hope this will help you to resolve the issue.
