Error while accessing the Mail Enable webmail

Hi,

While accessing the Mail Enable webmail you may face this error :
"Unable to load DLL 'MEAISO.DLL': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)"

The resolution for this is here :

1. Login to your Windows server.

2. Go to the path for mail enable folder. it may vary for others. Generally it is "C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Bin".

3. Run the utility "MEInstaller.exe" with option 1 first.

4. Then try to open the webmail in browser. If you still facing the same issue then again run the utility & select the option 2 & complete the task.

5. This will surely Resolve the above issue.
