Hello,

If you are facing the following error while adding the domain through the Plesk control panel:

Error: SOAP failed. Failed in sending message (Error code 1)

Login into the server and please make sure that SmarterMail Web Server is running.
If SmarterMail Web Server is stopped then restart to fix the error.
