Login Into the server Using RDP.
Click on Start >> go to Mail Enable >> select the domain name in the left pane >> then click on Mailboxes…
you would see the list of email addresses you have created….
Right click on the email address and then go to properties.. click on Action.. and then check the “Enable autoresponder” box… fill in the subject line and the contents of the email and click on save.
