Websites Not Loading or very slow

Hi all

Is anybody else experiencing problems with sites not loading on the ukdnp server ? This has been an intermittent problem for the last 5 days now.

Now all I'm getting is 'Lost Connection' Or 'service interrupted'

I've raised a ticket but not had a reply yet.

Anyone else have this problem ?

Unfortunately I'm not on a Windows server so I can't comment.

But the support staff do check the forums quite regularly so I'm sure someone will look into this for you soon.

When do you submit the ticket and what is the ticket number? .

Thanks for your reply. I only sent the ticket an hour ago. The support staff are normally pretty good at responding. My problem is that this keeps happening. It gets working again then the next day the same problem. I came on here in the hope that I can get more of an understanding of why this keeps happening and whether I need to take action to move things to something more reliable. As it stands the uptime and availability of my sites is really poor. The support staff are always attentive and do respond eventually. I'm just after a more permanent reliable fix and explanation.

I'm running Windows Updates on the web server & will reboot it in order to fix this permanently. The web services will be restarted a couple of times during the updates take place..

Seems to have sorted itself out. However this has been happening again over the last few days every so often (mainly Wordpress based ones) and normally for 1-3 hours.

I;m getting this today. Today is like being on dial up. Over the weekend its been sluggish at times.

What is going on?
