Hello All,
It is been observed mostly that our mail script can work for the domains hosted on same server but we cannot send mails to the out side domains like gmail or yahoo.
Now, one must check two things :
1 > Check the password for smtp authentication, it may be incorrect.
2 > Now if the password is incorrect theny how the mails are been received over the local domains ?, the reason is
You may find, smtp authetication disabled for local domains in smartermail.
(If you enable it, you cannot receive mails over local domains too.)
I would like to hear if any one has additional information on this.
Regards,
Robinson
