Hello,
I only pay for what i need, For an example i wouldn't go buying a dedicated server for £75 /month for running a new site or sites with low traffic because you wouldn't need it. When i only needed something like no more than 500mb space, and 5GB bandwidth.
Recently we have just created a new project and we bought a small package for the site only something cheap like cPanel Web Hosting Copper which is something like £2.50/month to start it off and see how we get on although in 2 weeks or less we had used the 5GB bandwith straight away so we needed to upgrade to an higher package so i then upgraded to cPanel Web Hosting platinum which is 100GB bandwidth and 10GB space which should do us fine for a while.
I don't care what price it is i can pay any price weather its £100-£300/month but you got to ask your self do you actually need something like a Dual Core Intel Pentium 2.5ghz, 2GB Ram, 3000 GB Bandwidth, etc... when your site will run just as good on Cpanel hosting which is cheap.
Why buy a large package for like £50-£100/month when you only need something like 1GB space, 50GB Bandwidth, Like i said it all depends on how large your website and its traffic and if you need it or not i just wouldn't see the point in buying something you don't actually need and not going to use.
Hope this makes sense, Thats how i see it anyways.

Well it's not only how much space and bandwidth you need it's also how many cpu resources you will need... here is where most people say, yes but i didn't use my space or my bandwidth...
Yes but your needs are for more Ram and more CPU, so yes i will pay for my needs but i have to know my needs.
Well my English are quite rusty but i hope i manage to let you know where is the issue. Because i have seen people all over WWW saying about pure systems etc but in fact they where using more system than they thought.

For me, the quality of hosting comes first. I cannot afford a hosting company offering cheap web hosting but cannot provide good tech support and quality. It is always better to opt for a service, who can offer us technical support round the clock. The only thing I know is that "Quality never comes at Cheap!".
