Domain and Web Hosting Business

Very soon, I am going to start my own hosting company including the domain business as well. I have searched a lot of web hosting companies, but still I am confused to choose the better one.

The company will be very small, but will have my own website to list the plans that I will create. I will require PHP as well as ASP support with all databases. so, even if a client requires a windows based hosting I will be able to offer it. Please suggest me a better hosting plan.

And Im trying to figure out ways of reselling hosting as well, since Cloud is the latest in trend,I'd like to try to resell it.
