Are these in a specific order? I think that pricing should be above secure location, and I also think support should be way up there. Secure location really isn't that important... who is going to break into our websites?

So are you trying to say that one should weight the price higher in comparison with the services that are offered ? If you did mean so then I'm afraid about agreeing with you. Rather Security IMO. is the most important factor when it comes to your online existence. Take for example, if someone does manage to enter your website with some destructive intentions and grabs all your client and other information then your business is definitely no good than crap. If you are not able to maintain the confidentiality of your customers, who would be using your services ? No one !!
