    Can't use adsense...

It seems adsense is declining me because a competitor site clicked on my ads over and over to get me banned from them. Does anyone suggest an alternative ad service company?

What do you mean with Adsense seeming to decline you? If they suspended your account, normally you would get a notification telling so when you try to access your account. Anyway, Bidvertiser and Chitika are good alternatives to Adsense.

Adsense is the most popular and widely used contextual ad company, but there are many alternatives to it. Bidvertiser and Chitika are the good ones. You can also try Adbrite.

I will consider Chitika. I do not like Bidvertiser's ads that are served.

I mean they have declined me. Someone maliciously clicked on my ads on my site, and made it appear that I was having people click my own ads for money.

You may try buysellads, though I don't have any personal experience with them but can find them on number of sites. By the way may I ask you the site where you wish to place ads (please pm me), maybe I can suggest you a couple of companies who are looking forward to advertising their websites.

            Adsense

Why are you going for other ads websites. Adsense is perfect and cheap one and giving good results as much we want so try to figure out the problems with your account

Sorry to hear that. It's sad but it happens. Have you tried to report the issue to Google? At least it would let them know that it's not your fault.

You could try eUKhost's affiliate program. I've been thinking of trying it myself, cause I've read a lot of positive reviews about it. They have a 150-days cooking tracking period.

Or, if hosting affiliation is just not your cup of tea, you could try the Amazon Affiliate program, Clickbank, ShareASale or Commission Junction.

The only times I have actually heard of something similar to this is when the person was caught being malicious. Do you have any way to prove your side of the story?

I am sorry to hear that. I don't want to discourage you but I read that there is not such thing as "customer service" in Google Adsense the company. There is practically nothing you can do once they cancel your account.

It's too bad Google has such a rigid policy. I have heard of this happening to others, not that it's much consolation when you're losing out on Adsense. It's probably too late, but if you had any site logs showing date and time of visits that could substantiate your claims with Google, maybe you'd have a chance of reinstatement with Adsense.
