    Adsense alternative?

Usually anyone looking to make money of their website would prefer going with Adsense to monitize the blog or website.

Is there any other alternative or way by which one can earn money from their site?

There are number of alternatives like Kontera, Clicksor, Chitika, Bidvertiser, Adroll, Commission Junction etc. I would suggest you to consider both banner ads and in-text ads to improve the CTR rate. You can also join eUKhost affiliate program, registration is free and you can earn upto £350 commission per sale. Please go through our affiliate program and let me know if you have any questions.

I believe Clicksor now restricts their publisher network to websites which receive a certain amount of traffic - they previously allowed anyone to become a publisher but they've become stricter on their requirements. There are plenty of alternatives to Adsense with many of the popular alternatives James having listed. You can also consider becoming a publisher directly with companies - like Amazon's Associates programme - and of course, our affiliate program .

Thanks for the detailed info. Have you tried any of these? How is the payout?

Regardless the Ad network you use, the key thing-you should know how to monetize your website?

Can you elaborate more on this as to what should be main concern for monetizing a site?
