If you had a website with high page ranking, would you still submit the website to web directories which have lower page ranking than your website does? Do you think it's still worth it?

Well it doesn't really make sense to me as you are trying to get the higher ones so you can possibly rank higher up yourself. But is it better to only submit to sites higher in ranking then you or try to get linked to as many as you can? It can be so confusing sometimes! -
I say go for it. It helps to have your site all over the internet. Even if it is of a lower page rank, it can never hurt. That's my view at least... I submit to all directories via automatic services.Comment

Yes it's a bit confusing for me also. It's believed that when it comes to link building, quality beats quantity. But WR has a good point also. The most backlink your website has, the more exposure it will get.Originally posted by WebCrazy View PostComment
