I need some help 
I have several groups of users who enter each others weekly leagues in a mobile Sports App.
I want to have a "spreadsheet" that the members can input to show which leagues they have entered.
Visibly this would be a 12x12 table with the League names down both axis' so the league owner can tick off which leagues they have entered that week.
Ideally using a wordpress site but that is not essential.
I have tried loads of plugins but can't seem to achieve what I want......................
