If you have forgotten your security pin, or you don’t have one set up on your account, you can reset/create one by doing the following steps.

You will need your security pin on hand when you call us or when you join live chat as this helps us to securely identify you, in line with the DPA.

How to Reset/Create my Security Pin

  1. Log into your account by going to https://www.eukhost.com/
  2. Once you are in your account you need to select the ‘Account Details’ located on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. Select ‘Security Settings’ from the options available.
  4. You may then type in a 5-digit long pin and once you have confirmed the pin you can then save the updated pin.

How to Reset your Security?

  1. Log into your account by going to https://www.eukhost.com/
  2. Once you are in your account you need to select the ‘Account Details’ located on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. Select ‘Security Settings’ from the options available.
  4. You can then choose your desired security question and type the answer into the box directly below, you can then save the update question and answer.
Note: This will then be your new pin and security question/answer, you should keep it in a safe place as mentioned above, it will be used as part of the security details we take from you when you contact us.
