Our servers run PHP 5.2.x, MySQL 5.0.x and .NET 2.5 – 4.0 or above. Should you need to be hosted on a server with a specific version, please let us know after ordering.

5 You offer a 99.95% uptime SLA. What happens if I am eligible to claim?

In the rare circumstance you experience downtime covered under our SLA, you can make a claim for compensation with our Feedback Department from within the billing area.
