How to Adjust WHM and cPanel’s Email Notification Settings

Let us follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to WHM.
2. Select the “Server Contacts” category.
   
3. Click on the “Contact Manager” sub-option.
   
4. You will enter a new page. Here you can adjust WHM and cPanel’s email notification settings.
5. Select the “Communication type” tab. Find the “Email” option and click on the drop-down arrow under the “Receives” category and select the priority of the mail notifications as shown in the image given below.
   
6. You may choose the “Alert Type” and even give it a priority level from the drop-down list in the “Importance” field by clicking on the “Notifications” tab.
   
7. The system will deliver the chosen Alert Types’ email notifications.
   
8. Finally click on the “Save” button.
