Let us follow these simple steps:
- Log in to WHM.
- Select the “Server Contacts” category.
- Click on the “Contact Manager” sub-option.
- You will enter a new page. Here you can adjust WHM and cPanel’s email notification settings.
- Select the “Communication type” tab. Find the “Email” option and click on the drop-down arrow under the “Receives” category and select the priority of the mail notifications as shown in the image given below.
- You may choose the “Alert Type” and even give it a priority level from the drop-down list in the “Importance” field by clicking on the “Notifications” tab.
- The system will deliver the chosen Alert Types’ email notifications.
- Finally click on the “Save” button.
