The reseller can access the packages they own once you reset the resellers’ package rights. You can force a reseller to only use packages that they own in this section. This will override any other packages they presently have access to but will not affect any packages that are currently being used on their accounts.
Follow the procedures below to reset package permissions for a reseller account:
1. Log in to WHM.
2. Select the “Resellers” section.
3. Click on the “Reset Resellers” sub-option under it.
4. Select the “User” and “Domain”.
5. Click on the “Reset” button.
6. You will get a message that the “Package permissions reset for: abcd”.
