How WHMs Skeleton Directory Works

You can use this article to learn how WHM’s Skeleton directory works. It is one of the key characteristics of WHM.

Let us see:

1. Log in to your WHM.
2. Chose the “Account Functions” option from the side menu and click on the “Skeleton directory” sub-option.
   
3. For newly created web hosting accounts, a temporary web page can be added to a directory. The default homepage is displayed in visitors’ browsers up until a new homepage is uploaded to the hosting account.
   
4. Log into your main cPanel account and upload a new homepage via an FTP programme or the File Manager to replace the temporary website.
