How to Add/Remove extra PHP versions offered by Plesk

This guide explains how to add or remove extra PHP versions in Plesk that allow you to customise your server environment to match specific application requirements or security standards.

Note: Make sure port 8447 is open in your firewall.

Let’s proceed with the steps:

1. Log in to Plesk.
2. Navigate to “Tools & Settings.”
3. Click on “Updates” under the “Plesk” section.
   
4. On the Install and Update page, select “Add/Remove Components.”
5. On the “Add/Remove Components” sheet, expand the following:
   1. For Linux servers: Web hosting > PHP interpreter versions
   2. For Windows servers: Plesk hosting feature
      
6. Choose the PHP versions you wish to install or remove, then click “Continue”.
