Adding a user to the Wheel group allows them to switch users, including root, from the shell if they know the password. Because this grants full server access, only add highly trusted users and keep the group as limited as possible to reduce security risks.
Follow the steps:

Log in to WHM.

Select the “Security Center” option from the left-hand side of the screen.

Click on the “Manage Wheel Group Users” sub-option.

You will now see two boxes.

Select the users and click Add to Group to add them to the Wheel group.

To remove users from the Wheel group, select them and click Remove from Group.

You will receive a confirmation message for both actions.
