How to update your contact details
Through this you can update the name, address, telephone numbers, company name and/or email address.
- Log into the client area
- From the side bar Click Account Details
- Click My Account
- Update your contact details in the fields provided.
- Click Update Details from the bottom of that page
A ticket raise a ticket to our support department who will be in touch shortly after to validate the change via the registered telephone number.
Once this has been verified we will then update your account with the new details.
If you are unable to gain access to the client area and you would like to change the registered email, then we would ask you to email us at sales@[company]. Please include your new email address on the email.
We would need you to send us details of the last 3 transactions made to us, including the amounts, dates and method used, and the contact number you provided us with so we can verify the account.
Once we receive this information we will then contact you to authorise the change and proceed with the update.
How to add an additional contact
Additional contacts can only be added through the client area by yourself.
We are unable to add any contacts to the customer’s account.
1. Login to the client area
2. Select my account
2.1. Click my contacts
3. Select add a contact
4. Enter the contacts details
4.1. Make sure to select the relevant permissions for this contact, i.e. a finance contact would usually have permissions for billing related sections only.
4.2. If you would like them to be able to log into the client area under themselves, please ensure to select the “enable sub account option” and enter a password for them.
5. Click save.
