If a user cannot find their support PIN during a chat, what is the next step?

Follow the steps:

1. For desktop users-
   1. When you log in to your dashboard and wish to chat with the support expert.
      
   2. You have to fill the information and start the chat as given below.
      
   3. The support expert asks for the support pin, but when the chat window is open, the support pin is covered and users do not find their support pin.
   4. In such occasions, you should simply minimise the chat box and find your support pin.
      
2. For mobile users-
   1. If you are logged in with the mobile.
   2. Check an icon like “tag” on the right side corner of the mobile screen.
   3. Click on it and you will get your support pin.
